  2. How did you get my name?
  3. Where is your office?
  4. From where are you calling?
  5. How long have you worked in this business?
  6. How long has your company operate?
  7. Could you give me details of this investment and why it is right for me? (All investment recommendations should suit your financial needs, risk tolerance and investment horizon).
  8. What are the terms of interest and dividends offered by this product? Are fixed or vary over the investment period?
  9. What is the investment credit quality? (Most equity investments have a degree of risk, so that we can not guarantee a specific result).
  10. Is this investment registered with the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions?
  11. Is this investment registered with the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions?
  12. What are the risks involves this investment?
  13. If it is a recommendation of actions, are traded daily this investment in any market regulated?
  14. In case of a recommendation of bonds or debt issued by a government or private entity, is classified its investment in an entity grader? What is the classification that has been assigned?
  15. How much is the transaction that you recommend?
  16. Are there additional charges that would charge me while holding the investment?
  17. When it comes to a recommendation to invest in a mutual fund, does this investment penalties for redeeming at any time? Describe them.
  18. In case of a recommendation to invest in a mutual fund or fund family, may I benefit from that investment sales charges a more reasonable plan to invest additional amounts over the next 13 months (Letter of Intent)?
  19. Will you allow me time to analyze your recommendation? You are free to seek a second opinion, and should understand.
